JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle recruitment
    • Conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels. Arranging interviews for management levels. Designing the joining formalities.(Offer letter, appointment letter etc)
    • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
    • Network through industry contacts, association memberships and employees.
    • Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules

 

  • Handle the compliance, data management and on-boarding process

 

  • Manage HR activities in various hr systems

-         Training and development

  • Drawing up an overall training plan
  • Working with training providers to develop suitable course content
  • Conducting orientation program to new employees
  • Designing the training calendar and modules and evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees Welfare
  • Provide feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment

-         Performance appraisal system

  • Design a standard form for performance appraisals
  • Initiate the performance review process and upcoming meeting
  • Document your input -- reference the job description and performance goals
  • Update and finalize the performance appraisal form

-         Compensation and benefits

  • Developing and implementing competitive new benefit packages, ensuring they're in line with legal requirements
  • Negotiating with employees on pay and benefits

-         Skill audit

-         Attrition management

  • Conducting exit interview
  • Understanding grievance of the employee

 

  • Drive and implement the change management during the growth and scale-up phase
