Skills;

1.  Both Senior and Junior level resources are required.
2. Core skill – MS DCRM version 2011 or 4.0 (preferred 2011)
3. Good understanding of DCRM -
   1. Sales, Service and Marketing modules
   2. DCRM Architecture
   3. Installation and Deployment
   4. Ability in Customization and configuration
   5. Ability to work with Extensions
      1.                                                                i.      Common platforms
      2.                                                              ii.      Plug-ins
      3.                                                             iii.      Custom workflow
      4.                                                            iv.      Reporting
      5.                                                              v.      Integration with Sharepoint,  ADXStudio
      6. Communication – good
      7. Ability to coach team members to increase their understanding of DCRM
      8. Able to Design and Develop code (Hands on).
